Easy Recipes Using Sesame Sprinkles (Gomashio) |

Sesame Sprinkles -
Gomashio, Sea Vegetable and
Salt-Free Sea Vegetable |
Quickie Grated Salad
Grate (or finely chop) carrots, beets, Jerusalem artichokes, green or
red onions, cauliflower, cabbage (and/or any other suitable veggies).
Sprinkle with a little lemon/lime juice or flavoured vinegar and just
a smidge of maple syrup.
Toss all together with a handful or two of our Sesame Sprinkles - Traditional
Gomashio, Sea Vegetable or Salt-Free Sea Vegetable.
In any of the suggestions below, you can use Traditional
Gomashio (TG), Sea Vegetable (SV) or Salt-Free Sea Vegetable (SF)
it depends on your own taste preferences.
