- our Végé Pâté is vacuum packed.
- kept refrigerated, and unopened, it has a shelf life of 10 weeks
from date of packing. You can check the “best before date”
on each package.
- once opened, the Végé Pâté should be eaten within a couple
of days.
- if you cannot eat it up before the best before date arrives (or
in the case of an opened package, within 2 days), simply freeze the
Végé Pâté in portions that work for you. There will be no loss
of flavour or consistency.
TIP: for easier spreading, before
opening the bag of Végé Pâté, thoroughly knead it. This mixes
the drier crust with the moist interior, producing smoother consistency
throughout. |
TIP: If your Végé Pâté has
become a little dry, add a bit of water or oil, and mash with
a fork.
